For the OP Stack variant of blockscout, it would be nice to have the option to send force-included calls to contracts via L1->L2 deposit transactions. When toggled, the behavior would change from sending an L2 transaction to sending the contract call via a deposit transaction through the chain's respective

Existing UI-based options include https://superbridge.app/'s "force exit" functionality, but this is only for sending withdrawal transactions.

This feature would be extremely useful for testing and maintenance of exit windows. It's quite easy for users to attach their own Blockscout deployment to their own nodes and use the explorer to escape a malicious L2.
