At the moment, the explorer does not allow users to prove or relay a transaction. Ideally, any account should be able to perform these actions, since OP Stack permits any account to execute them.

This capability is especially important for multisigs and other smart accounts that depend on having flexible, account-agnostic access to proving and relaying transactions.
