Add quick tx descriptions e.g. "Swapped 1 ETH for 2500 USDC"

I can't quickly read all my transaction because I have to go back and try to remember what I did each transaction. "Type" and "Method" sections are okay but are not always right or true of what the transaction did.
Can you add tx description feature to just quickly tell me what I did?

Descriptions can be found within the top of the TX page, it's part of our new AI integration

Dosh Yes but token transfer is very simple. If I do deposit collaterall or add liquidity or stake something, this sometimes also shows as "transfer".
And all the "contract call", I don't know what any of these means.
